I need more information to form a real opinion but right now I’m just flabbergasted and had to share this with you. Do have one complaint though (I’m sure I’ll find more), his definition of hydrophobic and superhydrophobic is vastly oversimplified, it is a commercial so I’ll forgive. (Check out more about liquid repellency and contact angle here) Also, I’d like to see a low surface tension liquid on that surface. Varying viscosities would also be interesting to investigate. It’s silicone so it has to be a surface coating, how will it affect the inherent properties of the surfaces it coats? Hmmmmm, many points to ponder.
